[Overview]
XDCAM Drive Software is a basic utility that allows users to read/write files from a computer connected to a PDW-U1/U2/U4 Professional Disc Drive Unit.
With this software running on a computer connected to the PDW-U1, PDW-U2, or PDW-U4, you can carry out the following operations on the PDW-U1, PDW-U2, or PDW-U4.
- Display device and disc information
- Format discs
- Update the firmware
- Finalize discs (when using a Quad-Layer Write-Once (WO) disc on the PDW-U2 or PDW-U4)
- Make option settings
